Drone Flight & Safety | Makerspace Lab Spring 2025 Workshops In-Person
Take to the skies in this drone workshop, where you’ll learn the basics of flying drones while understanding FAA safety regulations. Students will practice operating drones and explore the principles of flight planning, aerial photography, and safe operation. This workshop is an excellent introduction for hobbyists and those looking to pursue professional opportunities in drone certification, aerial surveying, or creative fields like videography. You’ll leave with the skills to confidently operate drones in a variety of settings.
Workshops will be held on the dates listed from 2:00p to 3:00p at the Makerspace Lab located within the Business Innovation Center.
